intro to jewelry making

It can be hard to find the perfect piece of jewelry so why not learn to make your own? In this class you will learn the basics of jewelry making and walk out with a new bracelet and pair of earrings. Idendify the pieces that make up jewelry, learn the tools of the trade, and then apply those skills to make your own custom pieces of crystal jewelry.

In this class you will:

- Learn basic principles of color coordination and learn some of my theory of design

- Introduction to jewelry making tools and various pieces, such as jump rings, head & eye pins, earring post styles, chain, beads

- Learn how to manipulate jump rings & pins

- Have an hour to put these elements together in your own creative fashion and take home a brand new piece of custom crystal jewelry.

All supplies for this project will be provided.
