First Annual Burien Garden Tour
Saturday, May 31st, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
$20 in advance, $25 day of the event

We have nine Burien gardens for you to visit this year! The tour starts at the New Start Community Garden aka the Shark Garden where you’ll pick up your tour map and badge. Show your ticket confirmation email to do so. The Shark Garden will also have plant sales and community organizations to visit while you check out the garden. After you tour the gardens, your final stop will be Huckleberry Gardens Nursery, where you’ll be greeted with a glass of bubbles and be able to win prizes with the entry tickets you collect at each garden! Be sure to vote for your favorite garden and enter a raffle to win some fantastic garden goodies while you’re there!

Join us to raise funds for the Burien community. Proceeds from the ticket sales will be donated to Discover Burien for botanical beautification projects in the Burien downtown area. Tour some beautiful gardens, get inspired by great garden ideas, connect with your neighbors, celebrate Pride weekend, and make new friends! Get your tickets below! Space is limited!

For questions about the tour or for information about volunteering, contact Jane McKinnon at Huckleberry Gardens Nursery: jane@huckleberrygardens.com

*Please note that not all of the gardens are wheelchair accessible, so our garden map will have notes about that. There will be no pets or smoking allowed on the tour outside of service animals. The weather is unpredictable, so unfortunately we will not be able to refund tickets if it is not ideal. Volunteers will receive FREE tickets for the other half of their day! This event is organized by passionate volunteers from the Burien community.
